Zoomlion ZE375G/ZE375GK Crawler Hydraulic Excavator
ZE375G is a high-configuration, high-efficiency 37-ton excavator product developed by Zoomlion to meet the needs of large-scale earthmoving operations and medium-to-large-scale mining construction. The vehicle is equipped with a new National IV Cummins engine and brand main pump and main valve, with stronger operating performance and higher operating efficiency.
High Power
1.Cummins L9 Engine
The newly customized, high-powered Cummins L9 electronically controlled engine boasts a 9% increase in power and a 13% increase in torque. Its ample torque reserve provides enhanced performance in hard material excavation and stone crushing conditions. The new electronic control system optimizes control and improves fuel economy.
2.Main Pump/Main Control Valve
Equipped with a new generation of positive flow control hydraulic components, the 180cc main pump features dual combined pumps, increasing displacement by 13%. The 32mm large-diameter main valve boasts a 31% increase in diameter, minimizing pressure drop and significantly reducing energy consumption, thereby improving operational efficiency.

The independently developed positive flow control system uses a controller to collect operating handle pressure and negative pressure data. Combined with self-learning control technology, it optimizes torque and flow, minimizing energy loss and improving overall machine controllability and fuel efficiency.
Large Machine Body
1.New, Large-Scale Body Design
Adopting the all-new G-series platform and exterior design, the vehicle boasts a larger and heavier body for greater operational stability. The fuel tank capacity has been increased by 10% to better meet the demands of mining operations, allowing a single tank of fuel to power three shifts.
2.Cab
The ZE375GK features a newly designed, special-shaped tubular frame cab, and comes standard with a full protective screen, ensuring safer mining operations. The glass area has been increased by 11%, providing a wider field of view. The machine's sealing has been further improved, and the air conditioning system cools down faster, creating a positive pressure environment and enhancing dust and noise reduction.
The boom arm width has been increased to 500mm, and the cross-sectional area has been increased by 21% and 26% to 380mm respectively, resulting in higher strength and longer service life.
ZE375G is equipped with triple-reinforced crawler tracks as standard, while ZE375GK is equipped with double-reinforced crawler tracks suitable for heavy-duty mining applications. The thickness of the turntable and key parts of the chassis are increased, boosting the strength by over 10%, making it more suitable for heavy-duty mining applications.
The track rollers are used as drag chain rollers and are supported on both sides, which have higher bending and torsional resistance. The track rollers with long wheelbase and 9 double supports on one side have stronger load-bearing capacity and longer service life.
Excellent Capability
The bucket capacity has been increased by more than 12%, making earthwork excavation and loading more efficient; the high-strength wear-resistant steel plate material has increased its service life by more than 20%; the oil cylinder has been fully thickened, and the digging force of the bucket and dipper arm has been increased by 8%-10%, making it easy to cope with heavy-load conditions.
