The ZE205G is a newly developed 21-ton all-rounder designed by Zoomlion for diverse applications, including medium- and large-scale infrastructure and municipal construction. Its low fuel consumption and high efficiency are key highlights. The vehicle utilizes a customized China IV powertrain and a new positive-flow hydraulic system, maintaining the efficient operation capabilities of power mode while maintaining fuel economy in conventional mode, better meeting the diverse needs of customers.


High Power

1.Cummins 4.5 Plus Engine

A custom high-power, low-speed Cummins engine offers ample torque reserve and powerful power. A new fuel-saving electronic control system ensures more complete fuel combustion and lowers fuel consumption.

2.Main Pump

The stable and reliable positive-flow hydraulic system features a 130cc large-displacement main pump, delivering greater flow at low engine speeds for lower fuel consumption.

3.Main Control Valve

The customized main valve utilizes electronic spool control technology to provide more precise flow control based on load demand, reducing fuel consumption while improving controllability.

4.E-COT Control System

The independently developed positive flow control system utilizes four key technologies: load analysis, load matching, flow analysis, and torque matching. This optimizes the positive flow control process, significantly reducing hourly fuel consumption while ensuring smoother and more efficient operation.


Large Machine Body

1.All-new large-format body design

Designed and built on the G-series 21-ton platform, it boasts a more impressive appearance and enhanced operational stability. The cabin features increased vibration and noise reduction, resulting in industry-leading noise and sealing performance. The air conditioning system offers faster cooling and a superior positive pressure effect, significantly improving driver comfort. The fuel tank capacity has been increased across the board, enhancing operational endurance.

Adopting a special-shaped tube cross-section frame, an improved sealing structure design, high-power air conditioning, and a new optimized air outlet layout, safety, comfort, and reliability are greatly improved.

3.Large-section working device: 

The boom features a large-section box design, increasing the overall cross-section by 7%. The arm's cross-section is increased by 9%. High-strength forgings are used in supporting areas, providing increased strength, performance, and reliability, making it more adaptable to harsh working conditions.

4.High-Strength Chassis

The platform's side beams have been increased by 14% in height, adopting a monolithic "D-shaped" beam structure, increasing strength by 6%. The main beam's vertical plates have been thickened, providing increased load capacity and structural reliability. Both carrier rollers on one side of the chassis have been replaced with supporting rollers, enhancing bending resistance and reliability.

1.Electronic Arm Control (ACS) Technology

Multi-spool dynamic control technology: Controls arm spool movement based on electro-proportional characteristics, flexibly adjusting arm speed for smoother complex maneuvers and precise leveling. The boom-to-arm priority logic valve is eliminated, eliminating pressure loss caused by throttling and avoiding unnecessary waste. Fuel consumption is further reduced by over 5% based on existing fuel savings.

2.C-Type Earthmoving Bucket (Standard)

The professionally designed C-Type earthmoving bucket offers three key advantages: a standard 1.0 cubic meter bucket capacity for high operating efficiency; a sticking-resistant design for increased loading efficiency; and a professionally reinforced design for increased durability.

3.D-Type Rock Bucket (Optional)

Designed with biomimetic principles, the D-Type rock bucket features a 0.85 cubic meter bucket capacity, significantly reducing tooth penetration resistance for more powerful digging.Reduced rock wear and impact on the bucket bottom contribute to longer bucket life. Reduced rock impact on the bucket bottom improves overall machine stability and provides more comfortable operation.
